This is the breathing exercise we do after the warm-up exercises at Hand of the Wind classes. It is a balancing Qigong exercise that encourages Qi flow throughout the whole body.

This breathing exercise is used to 'calm' your Qi after practicing Tai Chi and Qigong as a means of protecting your health and not leaving your defensive or Wei Qi diffused and therefore making you more vulnerable.
